A GLP-1 shot tracker that remembers for you.
Log each dose in a couple of taps, get a heads-up before the next one, and let a body map keep your site rotation straight.

In short: PenPal logs the medication, amount, time and injection site for every dose, reminds you before the next one, and turns your logged doses into an estimated medication level curve. It records your treatment; it never tells you which dose to take.
What is a GLP-1 shot tracker?
A GLP-1 shot tracker is an app or log that records each dose of your GLP-1 medication: which medication, the amount as your label reads, the date and time, and the injection site. It reminds you before the next dose and keeps a history to share with your doctor. It never tells you what dose to take.
Not sure which details are worth keeping? Read what to record for each dose. And on the days after a shot, you can log how you felt in the same app.
Log a dose in seconds
Record the medication, the amount, the time and the injection site, plus a note when something is worth remembering. Enter the dose exactly as it appears on your prescription label: mg, mcg or units, the way your label reads. PenPal never converts units or calculates a dose.
Your medication, your schedule
PenPal works with semaglutide (Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Rybelsus®), tirzepatide (Mounjaro®, Zepbound®), liraglutide (Saxenda®) and compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. Weekly, daily, twice daily or a custom interval all work, and so do pens, vials and tablets.
Reminders and countdown
Turn on dose reminders and you’ll get a heads-up a few hours before each dose, for every medication you track. The countdown to your next shot means shot day never sneaks up on you.
Site rotation body map
Tap where the shot went on a body map. PenPal remembers every site and suggests where to go next, so rotating takes zero brainpower. Always follow the injection instructions that came with your medication. New to keeping a rotation record? Read how to keep an injection site rotation log.
Estimated medication level
PenPal combines the doses and times you log with published absorption and half-life values for your medication to draw an estimated level curve. It’s a visual guide for spotting patterns, like when food noise tends to come back. It isn’t a lab measurement, and it’s never a reason to change your dose.
