By downloading, installing, or using the PenPal App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

PenPal is a health and wellness companion designed to help users manage medical treatments and lifestyle habits. Features include:

• Medication dose tracking with smart reminders.
• AI-assisted nutrition logging via text and camera analysis.
• Progress visualization and clinical PDF report generation.

To access certain features, you must register using a valid email. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

While using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service or connected networks.
• Comply with all applicable data protection and medical regulations.

The App, its content, graphics, logos (including the penguin mascot), and design system are owned by PenPal or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use. You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, notes), but grant us a license to process it as necessary to provide the service.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PenPal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the past 12 months or $100.

PenPal operates on a freemium model. Premium features require a recurring fee managed through the Apple App Store.

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew unless billing is disabled in Apple ID settings.
• Refunds: Handled exclusively by Apple Support according to their policies.
• Fee Changes: We reserve the right to modify fees with appropriate notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or illegal behavior. Upon termination, your rights to use the App end immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the App or email. Continued use constitute acceptance of revisions.
